About Me

Hi,

My name is Shelly Goulet (former names Shelly Del Greco, Shelly Cassetina). I am 53 years old and live in Boxford, MA with my husband and daughters, Carolyn and Julie Cassetina. My step-daughter, Allie Goulet, lives in York, ME with her mother, but visits as frequently as possible.

I have held various positions in Human Resources, two of which were HR management positions and am currently preparing to sit for the Senior Professional Human Resources certificate, a highly-recognized accreditation in the Human Resources profession. I hold an Associates Degree in Business Administration, am currently enrolled in Northeastern University's Bachelor of Science, Management program, and passed my insurance providers license a few years ago.

For the past three and one-half years, I have been employed by Thermo Fisher Scientific in Waltham, MA, as the Executive Assistant to the SVP, Human Resources. Administration of our Role of the Leader for Band 5, management track employees is also one of my major job responsibilities. During my tenure, I have also completed Role Model Leadership training, in addition to Practical Process Improvement (PPI) training.

In my free time, as limited as it is, you'll find me in my perennial gardens during the spring/summer/fall months. During the winter months, entertaining family and friends, and re-decorating various rooms of our home, is where the focus of any free time and/or energy I may have is expended.

Throughout the year, I am also an avid yoga practioner, enjoy running when the weather permits, reading best-sellers, and playing golf and tennis whenever possible.
